Bulky uterus

Hey everyone! I'm very newly pregnant, but also super anxious about it. I had a missed miscarriage in August 2017 and during the ultrasounds that I had during that pregnancy, the doctors said I had a bulky uterus- this was the second occassion in which I was told that, as I had had an ultrasound in January 2017 after I had my IUD removed. I'm not officially diagnosed with adenomyosis, but I read that that is what a bulky uterus is. Does anyone here have a bulky uterus and has it affected your pregnancy in any way?
