But cheek cramps?

Not sure if this is prego related or not, but just wondering if anyone else gets a cramp in the but cheeks? I get them at night and I wake up having to roll over or lie on my back. never had them before, but have had them straight through so far.

lol, im not sure if thats pregnancy related or not either but i have heard that muscle cramps and spasms are supposed caused by low potassium. try eating a banana everyday and see if that helps any

Really? Banana is good for cramping? No wonder I haven't had much cramping. I am eating almost one banana per day.

And about the butt cheek cramping.... I don't know if I had the same thing. I just felt sometime very uncomfortable lying on my back due to some discomfort on my butt.. Not sure if was really cramping. Had change position and sleep on my side.
