BV In Pregnancy!

Hello Everyone!
Last monday i noticed i had some brown dishcharge, which then turned to red spotting. I decided to ring the labour ward because i never usually have spotting without having sex previously.

The hospital asked me to go down with an over night bag. I was given an internal and swabs taken!
They told me i have a cervical ectropian (Don't know if i've spelt this correctly?)
I stayed over night and babys heart was monitored. The next day i had a growth scan he was a week ahead! Bleeding was not caused from baby

I was put back on the heart monitor Babys heart is fine but i kept having regular tightenings every 3 minutes or so!
Because of this i stayed another night.
Was allowed to go home the next day, I rang up the following day for my test results and was told i have thrush and BV

I have picked up some DALACIN CREAM ( Clindamycin phosphate vaginal cream?)

It has to be inserted internally and im really worried to put it in tonight.. Does anybody have any experience

I dont hun, I didnt want to read and run. Im sure it will be absolutely fine though and pleased everything is OK with bubs xx

I assume you mean Bacterial Vaginosis? I've had BV twice this pregnancy. I unlike most girls don't get yeast infections I get BV... The doc just gave me a medicine that I put inside my vagina for 5 nights. BV can cause contractions and preterm labor if left untreated.
