Calling all Soy iso ladies I need advice please

Hello I'm just wondering if someone can help me I'm on my second soy cycle and last cycle I ovulated on cd40

These are the days I had taken soy
Soy Cycle1- (CD1-3 100mg & CD4&5 200mg) Ovulation Cd40-13dayLP .
Soy Cycle2-??(Cd2 100mg-Cd3-6 200mg) currently on cd40 no positive opk yet

Should I lower my dose of soy to 100mg cd3-7?
My cycles before soy was anywhere from 80-113days I do ovulate but just very late I want to ovulate anywhere from cd11-20

So is to much soy still making me ovulate later ??

I'm also thinking of takeing maca root along with soy

What do I do to ovulate from cd11-20?

Any advice please? xx
