Like I said, I started 1dpo, so youre not crazy. Wanting something so bad and trying for any amount time will make you impatient during the 2ww.
I really need to start temping but my sleep schedule is never the same. I either sleep for 12 hrs or 2. I wake up all throughout the night so if I did temp it wouldn't be accurate.

I have an erratic sleep schedule. I sometimes get to sleep 10-12 hours, sometimes I only sleep a total of 3 hours. I wake constantly. However, I try to take my temps at the same time every morning (4am). It is the only consistant time where I should have had, at least, 3 hours of sleep and it is fine. The constant waking, the change in schedule; because it is what my body is used to, my charts are pretty accurate. I have a definite spike in temp the morning after the only pos opk that I had and when AF decides to show herself, my temps drop. If your body is used to the schedule, it could still benefit you to bbt chart. GL and lots of![]()
