Well, I'm feeling a little more optimistic. I keep having little twinges here and there in my lower abdomen so fx that's a good sign! I keep having the weird bitter taste as well though I'm not sure if I'm imagining it since I notice it more when I think about it. And my cm has changed as well. More wet and its white/yellow, kind of lumpy and blobby and stretches a little, like maybe half an inch. Anyone else have this?

sounds like a little babino is trying to get comfortable in there!! My CM dried up a bit yesterday, but when I check it it's (sorry tmi) white and small lumpy, kind of sticky. But then again like I was saying my OH & I have been going at it more than usual so I'm not going to rely on what my CM looks like ATM

How are you ladies feeling today otherwise? I'm good other than feeling kind of tired and mildly crampy. to us all for Christmas BFPS!

Oh I totally agree with you there Bmama; Smashley, that sounds pretty positive!
And Bmama, I hear some people completely dry up when they get pregnant, and some are very wet with cm. I think it depends on our bodies, so you're still in for pretty good chance.
I also heard that men can unconsciously 'smell' us when we're pregnant and sometimes it can tap into their primal instincts, turning them into randy buggers because we're more appealing! Dunno if it's true, but it seems that way with your OH! Make the most of it! lol

Other than the funny faint spell earlier, I've been feeling okay. Can't seem to wear my jeans atm because it causes a pain on the right side, so now I'm all snugly in my PJ's! Got the pinches on the right side anyways, but not nearly as bad or as often as when I've get jeans on. Feeling VERY tired. I could just fall asleep now! My boobs are feeling very heavy (more blue veins, too!) and my nipples incredibly sore still. And my appetite has gone completely out of the window. Food = ew.
The more I feel pregnant, though, the more I feel like I'm imagining things!

Bmama-I hope it's an implantation dip! Do you normally test after going up the bathroom though? I have to test right away when I wake up, otherwise the temp drops. I've had temps in the 94 range after getting up, it's crazy! But might just be me.

Mamawanabe-I get that feeling, I worry that I'm making things up too and really nothing out of the ordinary is going on. Plus, I haven't ovulated since mid-September so I don't know if I'm just forgetting things.

I'm still feeling crampy, more on my left side. It 's mild but consistent. Hoping its not just gas pains or something but I don't think so. I actually yelled at the "baby" to cut it out though if it really is a baby in there, he/she can keep going as much as they want! My creamy cm is bad too, though not lots of it like before. I'm getting excited but really trying not to be because I don't want to be disappointed.

You're right though I'll try and make the most of it and your symptoms sounds soooo textbook pg, you are going to need to change your username from mammawannabe to mammatobe! I'm feeling more tired than usual too, and have been sleeping over 8 hrs a night. even noticed more drool on my pillows in the AM. I love those days when I get to lay around in PJs! Do you have any good movies to watch or plans for the day?

Smashley: I do usually temp when I get up to go to the bathroom, but it is so close to our bedroom and I do it the minute I get in there. Maybe it makes a bigger difference than I think, but I feel funny doing it whilst actually in bed. Next month I'm going to try and keep the temp taking more constant and will take it laying down, but since I've been taking it in the bathroom every day I'll keep it that way until either I get a BFP or AF shows
It seems like I'm having the same mild side cramp pains. Yesterday it was in my lower pelvic region but today it's centered more on the lower left side. TOO funny I said the same thing to whatever is making me feel cramp inside my tummy- but then smiled thinking these pains are totally welcome if a little babino is in there

Every time I read everyones posts I can't help but get excited for you ladies!! FX this is a lucky Christmas BFP thread!

And although I feel positive, I'm also trying to stay realistic. Something tells me that it would be too easy to fall on the 2nd cycle of trying! We'll see. Maybe it's just meant to be! Just this past hour, my back has been killing me, and my legs are starting to ache too. Maybe I'm just coming down with flu

I live in England, so my day is over almost. It's 8:20pm. Just chilling in bed, with some soaps on tv, and you ladies on here

Haha, glad someone else is already yelling at their future child!

I know people who've gotten pregnant without trying so don't think month 2 is ridiculous(though I'm kinda jealous). This is cycle 5 and my 4th tww, and I have long cycles, roughly 35 days, so it feels like I've been ttc forever. I'm in the US so its only 2:40 here and I'm still at work. So glad it's Friday though!!

I hate testing in the morning. I know it's more accurate but it's scary and I don't sleep well cause I'm nervous and I always wake up in the middle of the night to pee but don't want to test then because I know one way or another, I won't be able to go back to sleep. I'm kinda neurotic. . But good luck to you! So excited to see you get that bfp tomorrow!!

Oh I know what you mean! So far I'm on CD33, and only 8dpo - which is why it's so brave testing tomorrow. I know it'll be a but I have to do something!
But because of the longer cycles, it feels like forever for me, too!
Would love to get a then tell my doctor 'I told ya so'!

I feel so awful, it's 9pm, and I'm thinking of hitting the sack already!!

Seriously...I hope you are right about the men "smelling" pregnant-ness because OH has never been like this toward me! At least the last time was less painful for me

and I know what you mean bc this is our first actual cycle TTC (even though we NTNP for a few months) and I want to stay positive but know we only have a 20% chance of catching the egg. Who knows though maybe this is all of our months and we are destined to be mammas in August! If not we all have all winter to do the BD I checked my cycle calendar and I am predicted to O on Vday! If it doesn't happen this month I'm going to plan the most romantic vday OH has even had!

I like the idea of a romantic v-day/o-day but hoping it doesn't come to that, plus my cycles are too sporadic to predict. Let's hope for bfps now and that second trimester horniness for valentine's day!

I'm losing control now. I can't help but start to SS and think back. Damn my memory! 9dpo... I think I did *fairly* well. Lol. At least DH doesn't have to hear all of this! Thanks for being here girls. You're saving his sanity at least.

I noticed some muscle spasms/ fluttering feeling in my lower abdomen on the day of my cb digi + OPK. I got my first peak on CBFM a day after that. The fluttering hsd continued on and off up to this very minute. Around 2dpo I noticed different and increased cm that continued until 7dpo, accompanied by very mild/ dull cramping. Now I only have noticeable cm when I wipe. I've felt slighty nauseated the past couple of days when I get hungry and then once I try to eat too which is strange. My face was a mess up to a few days ago, and now that's pretty well cleared up, but I woke up with a cold sore yesterday on my upper lip. I haven't had one in over a year! I have had some cramping/ aching in my lower left abdomen today and my breasts have an occasional "ache" without being touched - but nothing else strange with the bb's. I've felt a little bloated/ gassy the past couple of days too. All of which could be nothing I'm sure, or written off as coincidence. I just FEEL like this is our month though. I felt so positive once we got the first smiley as we even had a non ttc related BD the night before opk. We followed up with an excellent record of BD afterwards through to the final peak on CBFM. After 11 cycles I think this is it! I sure hope we're all getting extra special Christmas gifts this year!

I tested earlier and of course it was bfn, but I wasn't really expecting otherwise. It wasn't fmu and I may only be 7 dpo. I swear I could see the faintest of lines, but I think I'm probably imagining things. Had some evap lines recently so not getting suckered in again! I'll believe it when I can see it for real!

Another weird symptom-I was kinda stroking the side of my tummy where I think I implanted (if I did) and I swear I could feel a really faint vibration feeling, almost imperceptible. I made DH feel and he said, and I quote "I think I felt something but will neither confirm nor deny it was vibrating". Haha, I didn't tell him why I asked. I've cried pregnant way too many times with him to bring up suspicions before I have solid proof. Well, off to bed, talk to you all in the morning!

Well ladies, I tested this morning with FMU, and it was a To be honest, I was expecting as much, because I am only 9dpo according to FF (although I think I'm 10dpo, but we're going along with FF for now!) I'm going to test every morning until AF arrives...or is due...whatever. LOL.

I actually feel a lot calmer about SS now that I'm on here and I'm closer to the 7th. (AF due around the 6th dec). I guess I'm weird like that haha! I think I've just come to terms with the fact I either am, or more likely, I'm not. But it's okay if not, because it means I get to bd on cold winter nights with OH

I'm sorry about your BFN mammawannabe The good news is it's still really early for accurate results (you probably just implanted if you caught that egg) and HCG levels double every day. I've got my FX for you!!!


I'm also a lot more calmer about SS being on here with you awesome ladies! We really know how to hold it together I'm more accepting now too, like if it doesn't happen this cycle there is plenty more BD'ing in our future. We took our nephews out to dinner and to see Wreck it Ralph, it was so much fun my OH is so great with kids! On the way home he wanted to talk baby names....I'll almost feel more bad for him if it doesn't happen this cycle because I have you ladies to keep me calm!

Love- your symptoms sound so good too!! When are you due to test? FX for you hun!

Smashley- sounds like you tested too early too, but it's funny how our OH must get subtle hints from our bodies!!

How is everyone feeling today?? I'm 9DPO and my temp did go back up to cover line! woke up with a pinching feeling behind my belly button, but that went away. Now just feeling exhausted and crampy. I am also starting to feel like this just isn't my month, and that I can't possibly be pregnant. Anyone else feeling this way? It's so weird how our minds can play tricks on us. I want to stay positive but not get my hopes up.

I'm 9dpo today, and I STILL have the pinching on my right side, although it doesn't seem too bad. My CM is still the same...very creamy and loads of it. My wee has gone really yellow too, no matter how much I drink, and Mama says she had that with her boys! I also have a deep ache in my groin area, which apparently is a good sign! Back ache too!
I keep telling myself it's all progesterone related, but still getting my hopes up too much for a I think I'm deffo more chilled because of this place, so thanks guys!!
And awh, I love it when I see OH with children. He's going to make an absolutely amazing Dad, and I can't wait! We'll get there Bmama - us ladies and our OH's! It's so easy for me to forget that he's going through it too, because OH tries so hard to hide his disappointment when AF shows up. Bless him. I think I'll treat him to some no-pressure-no-babymaking-string-free sex tonight because I love him. LOL.

Trying not to get excited, but I just POAS because I was curious, and I think I see a line. a very very faint line. So faint that my camera wont pick it up..but I'm sure it's there!

Ahh, very exciting! I hope it really is a bfp and not an evap line! Those suck. Maybe try tweaking the picture. Just fyi, I have a picture of a test that's been tweaked where you can clearly see the second line and it turned out to be negative, so it's not always accurate. But fun, nonetheless!

The only symptoms I have today are pain around my nipples when I touch them... it's not actually my nipples that hurt but that area and my pee seems really dark, at least the one time. I'm not sure if it's just that I haven't been drinking a lot today or what but it looked kinda orange, almost. DH has been on antibiotics and keeps telling me about his pee turning orange and my first thought was, "Whoa, I've got it from him" and then I realized antibiotic side effects are most definitely not contagious.

I decided to poas again... never buy the 25 pack off Amazon... wayyy too much temptation... hence I noticed the color of the pee... still waiting on results. Even if it's bfn, I think I'm probably only 8 dpo anyway, not 9 as my o pains were Thursday night and were gone by Friday morning...

Also, I too don't feel as stressed about the tww anymore either. I've got a doctor's appointment scheduled for Thursday anyway because I was worried I might have PCOS or hypothyroidism (still think I probably do but doesn't mean I can't get pregnant naturally!) so either way, hopefully something good will happen in the conception department this week.

Pretty sure this test is also bfn. I can see something if I take a picture and enlarge it, but I think if I have to do that, it doesn't count, even if it's the very beginning of a bfp. I'll post a picture in a minute to see if anyone else can see it.

Funny thing is, I bought the 20 pack from a website for £2, with free delivery, so I can test to my hearts content, and afford to buy 100 more if I wanted too!

I'm terrible!
I have one CB digi to take when I get a positive on the IC but that's it. You can't pull and bend and twist a digi
The worst is when I put the test down and go to walk away, and I'm so sure that I catch a second line out of the corner of my eye, so I have to run back and check. Then I go to walk away again after a lot of fiddling around, and I catch a 'line' again. Enough to get you locked up in a loony bin, this TTC business!!

Guess we'll have to be patient together! Grr. Patience is something I just don't, and probably never will, have!!
