cambridge diet round 2

so im 22 when i was 19 i began the cambridge diet and was on sole source and lost 4 stone in 4 months, and kept it off till middle of last year after getting uber comfortable with the oh(love struck) so here i am at 14st 13lbs unhappy with the flab tho he loves it ...so with the next paycheck i shall be going back on it hopefully ill lose the weight as rapid as i did before ....anyone else on cambridge or considering it?

How you getting on with it? I've just started back and hoping to get off as much as possible. Need to shift 5 stone in total but I'm taking it a stone at a time
