Can a d'n'c cause endometriosis?

i had a mc last november, we fell pregnant second month of trying, i had a dnc to remove remaining tissue but since then i've had nothing but trouble with my cycles they have gone from 29 days to anything between 29 - 35 days i have spotting after sex up until around cycle day 17 and then that stops, i use opk's and do get positives every month, these last couple of months i've had a bit of pain whilst me and oh have been having sex so i was wondering if anyone could shed some light i'm convinced i have got endo but docs keep fobbing me off, but i never had any problems down there before my mc, just a little confused at the minute thank you xxxx

It is unlikely. Maybe you have some kind of infection caused by the D&C. Get it checked out

my dnc was over 7 months ago now i've had lots of swabs done and scans done there is no infections and scans were all clear too, docs keep saying everything is ok but i don't see how it can be when i'm bleeding in between cycles every month still, had a smear about 2 years ago and that was all clear so they say i don't need another
