Can a Smear Test affect things?

Hi there

My period is about a week late (was due around 8th) and I don't think I'm pregnant as we only started TTC 4 days ago. But I did have a smear test on 2nd March and had a little bit of bleeding from that. Just wondered if anyone else had late period after their smear test? My cycle is average of 28 days but varies by a day or so either way sometimes. Longest it's been is 31 days, now on day 34...

Thoughts and advice?

If you just got done with bc it could just be normalizing. I would take a test and then just wait it out. The body does some wonky things while ttc

I've never been on the pill, we were using condoms. Anyway, AF showed up last night which I'm kinda relieved about tbh because it was confusing me lol, at least I know where I am now!

I've had pap smears kick-start a delayed AF! Sorry to hear that the witch got you, but at least you're out of the limbo of not knowing!
