I had a vaginal exam today - not sure why as i went in for a uti. I was 2cm dilated already. since then i have been getting cramps really low and loads more bh/contractions. could this have sparked me off or will it go away? I dont want this baby before 37!

It's normal if they've examined you. I had a sweep done yest and I had all that plus bleeding for about 4 hour and everything has settled today and not even a sign of baby coming! and I'm fully effaced and waters bulging!

Just keep an eye on it but you'll probably be ok
