can an infant have rsl??

Never happened with dd1 but the past couple of nights i have noticed that dd2s legs jump when she is asleep. can infants have restless leg syndrom?? she only does it when she is sleeping in my arms or in her swing.

I could be wrong but I thought it was normal for infants to move their arms and legs while sleeping. That's one of the reasons we swaddle so they don't startle themselves and wake up.

I know her arms do but her leg has this constant jutter for a good 20 mins. almist like she is dancing
