Can anyone else see this!?

I am 9dpo. Really thought this month wasn't it. This came up right away after a 1 hr hold at night. It is pink and i can see it irl way better than a photo. Am I crazy? I also took a walmart cheapie and it was faint too. I will retest in the am.
