Can anyone help interpret these sperm test results (not sure quite where to post!)

My husband and I got sperm test results today and I am not sure I understand. The funny thing is that I got a BFP the day after I took the sperm sample in, so am really asking out of curiosity / if something goes wrong (although hopefully not as I MUST be positive). Can anyone explain what all the bits mean? And what good levels should be?
