Yup, Rody Horse! (Well, in other countries they do different animals, hence the dinosaurs). It's an Italian company who make them, but I've only ever seen the horse (donkey!)-shaped ones over here.

We have one for Roo and she loves it! I got it for her instead of a bounce & spin zebra. Partly because it can be deflated (so saves space!), partly because it has a longer lifespan as a toy. And mostly because Roo is such a titch that when I was looking for a "bounce-on" toy, her feet were about 2 inches off the ground on B&S Zebra
