Can anyone recomend a good book about weaning?

My LO is only 4 months old and not planning to wean until 6 months, but wanted to read up on the subject beforehand. Not sure yet whether to go down the route of traditional weaning or baby led or maybe a mixture of both (is that even possible )

Can anyone recommend any good books on the subject of weaning, how to know when LO is ready and pros/cons of the two different methods? Thanks
