Can BH make your baby move?

can they? because i have never been able to feel BH only recently did i feel it and it was only twice so i could have been wrong, but i just saw a post about do BH make you breathless and i had been getting that and wondered why because my baby has dropped and she moves when i get the breathlessness as well but i feel no pressure in the upper part of my tummy.

she just isnt coming out!
