Can I ask a silly question?!

So how do you all ntnp?!!! I am just too super aware of where I am in my cycle so it will just feel like ttc!

I don't have an app on my phone anymore and haven't even written down my lmp, so was wondering whether to carry on like this until we start ttc and hope I just get a bit lost with my dates.

I suppose I'm just wondering what it really means to ntnp. I've never been one for charting but am pretty good with monitoring cm and using opks.
