Can I ask these Qs on my birth plan?

I want to ask for them to triple check for Tongue tie after baby is born...

And also if I choose to move onto FF, I don't want pressure from MW/HV once we are back at home?

Can I put them in my birth plan as it's more of an after the birth kinda plan if you get me?
