can I buy soy isoflavins at asda?

I am going to try soy this month as im on metformin for pcos too and just read a thread about them but dont know where to get them. Im cd2 so need to start today, can anybody help me please im in the uk x

I got them the other week from tesco. They seem reasonably easy to find.

I'm invested in trying soy xx what form do they come in? pills? drink? what calendar day are you supposed to start?

I think they come in pill form and are natures clomid from what ive read and reseached you usually take them either cd2-cd6 or cd3-cd7 so as im cd3 tomorrow I thought I would give it a go. I have seen a lot of success threads about bfps on first soy cycle but the nearest tesco to me is about 20 mile away so wont be able to try
