Can I still try next month??

Im out for this month AF showed up, but a week late! I have no idea why, Im always on time with 28 day cycle. my question is if I try for this cycle will my will I still likely O mid cycle even though AF was late?? Do I just count from CD1 like usual?

Start counting cycle day 1 as the first day AF started. Sometimes our bodies just change on us for no reason.
