Can I take Zyrtec in tww?

I was thinking it was ok but want to double check here first. The weather is horrible here and it's stirring up my allergies

I know that some women take Zyrtec before ovulation to improve their changes of conceiving a girl... I also know that it is supposedly safe enough during pregnancy. What I'm wondering if anyone knows whether it will impact potential implantation or not?
