Can labyrinthitis affect BBT?

I went to the doctors today after suffering with dizziness and nausea and was diagnosed with labyrinthitis. All my signs on FF pointed to Ovulation on Thursday but my temperature never rose afterwards. Could my labyrinthitis be the cause and that actually did ovulate on Thursday?
