Can someone shed some light for me?

So I already have a beautiful 2yo boy, me and his daddy (my husband) have been having a few problems. Stupidly we hadn't used any protection so I should have guessed this would happen but can anyone please just confirm I'm not seeing things! I suffer with PCOS so to have fallen pregnant naturally wild a huge shock for me/us as my son was a long awaited clomid baby.
An extra pair of eyes is appreciated.
