Can throwing up be a teething thing?

Eitia has thrown up 3 times now in 2 weeks. The first two were after dinner and I thought it was maybe because she had too much to eat. The third was just an hour ago and she threw up the entire contents of her stomach. I know this time it can't have been because she ate too much as she didn't have as much breakfast as she normally does which makes me wonder if its teething? Are the two related? Anyway all three incidents were major, I mean projectile and never-ending it seemed. I'm questioning whether it is teething because she already has 4 teeth and she never vomited before now. She doesn't have a tummy upset (from what I can tell), no diarrhea etc but she is chewing her fingers a lot, doesn't seem to have much of an appetite, and we had a rough night's sleep last night (which makes for a grumpy baby today).

Dylan threw up a lot when teething but it was more 4 times a day rather than 3 times in 2 weeks. Keep an eye on her she may just have a little tummy bug as they put everything in their mouths at this stage.
