Can you describe your implant. bleeding to me? How long should I wait to test after?

I believe that I had implantation bleeding yesterday. I've never had it before so I'm not sure. Yesterday I was 10 dpo and early in the day I had eggwhite discharge. Then I went to check my cervix and it was very very flat and there was just enought pinkish blood inside to stain the toilet paper. I tested that night with a super super faint positive, but all tests today have been negative! What was your bleeding like, and how long after the bleeding did you get your BFP? Thank you so much for your help!!!

Probably TMI - but yesterday I went to the bathroom and wiped bright red blood, not much but I had cramps too and convinced myself I was getting my AF even though it isn't due till Thursday. So confused about all this. Hate this waiting too!!!
Holding off on doing a HPT but it is killing me.

I had implantation bleeding with my DS.

From what I can remember (it was 7 years ago!) it was reddy/pinkish discharge - enough to make me think that AF had started. I used a tampon (the one for the lightest day) but only used one then used liners.

Think it lasted a couple of days but could have been less. I was away for the weekend when it started on the Friday and tested the day after I got back which was the Monday and got a really strong positive - the test line appeared before the control line!.

I had ib with my daughter it was actually bright red at first then darker couple hrs later. then nothing. sounds promising that u had ib cause it can be the first sign of a pregnancy. im hoping to get ib soon!!!! GL!!

Hi girls,

I am wondering if it's too early for implantation for me....I need some advice.

Yesturday, I had pinkish spotting and cramps.
Today, I have egg white discharge with brownish-red color to it.
My cycles have been really irregular. My AF isn't due to either March 23rd or April 2nd. My cycle last month was 38 days.
My luteal phases have been pretty short, too. Last month it lasted 9 days. The month before it was only 3 days long. It is possible that it's my AF.

I OV'd on the 17th. Please let me know what you think!!! my bbt chart is below...

Thank you everyone! That really helps me know what I'm looking at. My temp this morning was 98.4 (hopefully still high enough), but I'm still getting BFNs. But the bleeding only happened two days ago, so I'm holding out for that BFP!!! Baby dust to all of you! Please keep me updated!

Hmm, well it very well could be since implantation happens 6-12 days after ovulation. I hope it was!!! FX for you, let me know what happens.

i had a 3 day period or what i thought was a period with cramping, it finished 4 days ago and this morning ( tmi coming), after we i have a brightish red blood coloured discharge which i thought was either something left behind or that he went too deep , what do you girls think any help on this would be appreciated.
Oh the period came at cd31 and i am always cd24/25 if thats any help, and i still have a swollen belly, headaches which are really bad, tired and nausea HELP !!!!!! as i feel so confused

Hi ladies. If it helps at all, I had IB with my first child. We weren't trying to conceive, and that month I was shocked to see what I thought was my AF starting early. It wasn't due for another 3 days, but I had thick red/brown blood appear on what must have been cd11. It had all but gone the next morning.

I have occasionally had late periods, but never early, so that alerted to me to the fact that it may have been IB. I tested the next morning and got quite a strong positive.

I always tend to get positives (albeit faint) quite early on tho, so that fact that you haven't yet doesn't mean you aren't preggo. Good luck, and I'll keep an eye on this thread to see how you all get on x

I had dark brownish-reddish blood for just one day with my first, but since i was young and it was an unplanned pregnancy, i didnt know what it was at the time.

sorry ladies i should have told you i miscarried on Monday but at least i know i can get pregnant now i just have to keep hold of it LMAO !!!, feeling really good about trying again so watch this space !!

This is an awesome thread! I'm really watching closely and curious as to what others might come up with. I've posted on another thread as to what happened to me today and have gotten no response on the forums, but two friends are telling me what I had today was IB, but eh.. who knows.

I o'd on the 12th/13th (confirmed by CBOPK and EWCM) and should be starting AF on the 25th/26th (the end of this week). I was extremely tired this afternoon and laid down for a nap... woke up, off to the bathroom I went and 'lo and behold', there was the very tiniest (about 1/4 the size of a dime) brown discharge on the toilet paper. Of course, my initial assumption was "Oh brother, here comes the ol' AF", but I just didn't seem like normal pre AF spotting (if that makes any sense). It was very VERY minimal and (TMI) I even wiped a bit more rough to see if there was any more to show -- nothing. I also noticed it seemed to be like there were small bits of stringy(?) material in it. What is THAT? I return to pee a few hours later, nothing. A few more hours later, again.. nothing. Just went a bit ago, and again, NOTHING. What the heck is going on?

From what I've heard from others, sounds like IB to me! I hate pregnancy symptoms sometimes! LOL IB can be pink or brown, you can have diarrhea or constipation, sore boobs or not...lol. It's so hard to tell what's going on because everyone is different! Most IB happens between 6-12 dpo, 80% happening between 8-10 dpo. Hope that helps!!! Let us know what happens!
