I have a nt scan at 14 weeks and was wondering if the gender can be seen at 14 weeks? I am thoroughly impatient!

My oh asked at our nt scan but was told both look the same at this stage.

I've been told it's prob a girl at 16+2 but my consultant wants to double check at my 20 week scan

    Xx

There is an ultrasound place near me that says it can determine sex from 15 weeks, so it's worth a try but would get it reconfirmed at your 20 week scan x

If you were to go privately I think they say they can do it from 17 weeks, so I would say this is the marker! x

ah not completly true ... lol.. we found out at our 12 week scan that we have one boy in there. It depends on thier development and positioning and what not but its completly possible. A lot of places wont tell you untill as late along as possible but we had ours carried out by a consultant who was able to show us it there and then! xx
