I've been drinking between 4-5 cups of tea a day but I don't have any other drinks with caffeine in. However, have been guzzling chocolate so reduced my tea drinking to compensate!
Cool. I used to be a coffee drinker but have an occasional decaf while pregant and even that seems to spark baby up. I had a green tea yesterday and today, but then thought, ooops-don't know if I can have that.
My doctor said green tea could deplete folic acid levels in the body but drinking it in moderation is ok (no more than 3 cups per day). Try not to drink it the same time you take your prenatal vitamin. Or just eat extra spinach that day. lol
