Can you see anything...

I'm 15 weeks postpartum tomorrow. My period has not returned thus far, but I've been feeling so much fatigue daily and a lot of nausea in the afternoons. I decided to test after having a couple of dreams this past week. I'm not sure if anyone else will see anything on this test, but I thought I'd post just to get some opinions.

Did your cycle return before that or was it a total surprise?

It could be. I don't have a great history with these test either. I'm not really thinking much of it now, but you know sometimes in the moment it really helps to share on here.
