Caneston Duo...safe??

Ok ladies so ive been to the docs this morning because i suspected ive got thrush...
So she prescribed me caneston Duo with the pessary to insert inside, i just feel a bit cautious about sticking something up inside me and releasing liquid.

I asked if it was safe during pregnancy and she said yes as long as its not frquently used.
In the instructions it says sometimes during pregnancy, they recommend not to use the pessary inside.

I just wondered if anybody else had any experience with this???

yep its fine, you cant have the tablet during pregnancy but the pessery is fine, i had it last time.

So i can use the external cream aswell then? x

I was prescribed the pessary and the cream at 16 weeks and all was fine. As said above you cant have the tablet and I would not shove the pessary too far up!
