We're due our third baby in June (boy #2). We've already got Lily and Connor. We like to use middle names that mean something to us - Lily's middle name is Andrea (my sisters name) and Connors middle name is Andrew (my dads name).

Ever since we found out this baby was another boy we've wanted to use the name Dennis as his middle name (my late paternal grandfather). We've liked Dylan for a first name for a while but lately we've been talking about using Michael (DH's middle name - he doesn't want to use his first name, Paul. Didn't want to for DS1 either) for his first name.

I keep saying "Michael Dennis Harvey" over and over in my head and I can't decide if I like the way it sounds or not. I need some impartial opinions...

I have a Lily and a Connor too :D I also have a Jack though so maybe that's an idea ;)

I do like Michael, it wouldn't be a first choice for me personally but if it has meaning for you then go for it. x

I think it's nice.. Michael is a strong traditional name, with the added sentiment of being a family name and has cute nn's for a little one if you choose to use them; Mickey or Mikey :)

I like it.
Michael is a good strong name.

I like Dennis Michael as well. I'd have Dennis on my list this time if I didn't know one! Great name!
Also like Michael as a first name. We can't use that either as its ds1's Middle name! :) x

I like the name Michael too, it's my dads name and if this yellow bump is a boy that will be his middle name - it seems to be fairly popular at the minute.

I like the full name too, it's very traditional but not overly common

how often are you going to say his full name ? I can honestly say I have had to use my daughters middle name like 2 or 3 times in her 5 years. Michael is quite an old school traditional name that I like more often than Not It will be Michael Harvey which is a nice male name for a young boy or adult x

Michael Dennis Harvey flows well and is a handsome, solid name. Love Lily and Connor.

I think of it as an adults name but there's nothing wrong with it at all. Micky's a cute nn

I prefer Dylan to Michael. Perhaps you could use Dylan Michael Harvey? There is absolutely nothing wrong with Michael though, I just see it more as a middle name as it's quite 'normal' but hey, nothing wrong with that!

Love Lily btw, it's my favourite girls name x
