Yesterday I tested BFP (quite strongly I think?) On a first response rapid response stuck which I believe are 100miu. However today I have tested using an Asda own brand test which i think are 25miu and the line just seems so light that I can't help but think that things are over already. I've attached pictures. Surely I can't have lost that much HCG in 24hrs?

hey

its such a worrying time in the beginning isn't it?!

with my first I used to take so many tests and some days they would be lighter than others which caused a lot of anxiety so this time round I havnt done it ... however I did take 3 tests over 3 days but stuck to using the same brand, maybe stick with the rapid response , think its harder to monitor with different brands/sticks x

It's hard with different brands to compare I would use the same test again in 48 hours but im sure you test will be darker xx

It's difficult to compare against brands and even when you do test with the same brand there are so many factors that can affect how dark the line is so try not to stress and congrats on your bfp.

Don't worry at all. I got a very dark line on a clear and simple test and then a faint one on the Asda freedom test. I was so confused but my HCG levels seem to be doubling as they should. I think it's just different brands. Try and use the same for progression.

Not tested again yet, I have a doctor's appointment on Monday (just referral to midwife) and I'm going to test before that to make sure it's still good! Trying not to POAS again before then.

Caved and retested :) top is Saturday, middle is Sunday and bottom is today (wednesday)
