cant keep the motivation

to keep walking of a morning i am really unhappy with my body but i go a couple of days and than i don`t for like a week i just want to lose weight and feel good about myself :cry:.
 
U should reward yourself for milestones. Say if u love 5kgs or cms or whatnot then u can treat urself to a massage or something... And make sure you tell Jackson the plan so he can support u
 
It is very hard. But what I used to help me lose weight was a few work out buddies. This helped tons because everyone feeds off of each other and its makes working out fun. Dont stress over it, just do your best and start small. If you have stairs in your house, walk up them and walk down as many times as you can, and go faster each day. Try thinking of things you can do inside your house, which will make it easier, than getting up the courage to go outside. And trust me, the stairs work wonders :) Goodluck hun. :hugs:
