Can't relax :(

So got into bed about 40 minutes ago as can't relax! Everytime I lie down I get a pain across my bump but my bump doesn't go hard! I feel quite sick too! Does anyone know what this could be? Xx

try some gaviscon or heartburn medication -- my bump has been hard for weeks, but I have heartburn when I try to sleep....

It sounds kind of like how I've been feeling, but no idea what it is. Sometimes I just feel this terrible cramp radiating all over my bump and it makes me feel sick when it happens. I'm always sure its a contraction, but my bump isn't any harder than it usually is. I end up with a few of the cramps and it just goes away. But it is so uncomfortable. I'm sorry I'm no help, but I can empathize!! I hope you feel better soon- maybe a warm bath might help? Good luck.
