Car Seat Adaptors for VIB Symphony/ Serenity

Hey, I’m on the hunt for the car seat adapters that fit on to the VIB Symphony/ Serenity. The pram is only 2 years old and we have a maxi Cosi car seat to use with it but I’ve just found out the pram and adapters have been discontinued! Does anyone have these that they would be willing to sell to me?
