carseat question

Is there any Group 0+1 carseats (birth - 4yrs) that can go rearward facing but with the seat not reclined? (UK based)

We're wondering, given LO is such a small one and only on 25%tile, if we could get a standard rearfacing seat from 0-4, then they would be able to stay rearward facing until about 2 1/2 - 3 years old anyway rather than buying a ERF.

Any one found one which can stay rearfacing until 13kg which does not have to be in reclined position to be rear facing?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong...but does the Britax Multi Tech have to recline?

Thanks, the multi tech is rear facing. it is an ERF seat - but I was wondering if there was any 'normal' group 0+1 seats that are rear facing up to 13kg that don't have to be in recline setting to be rear facing
