CBFM Question...

Hi Ladies,
I'm hoping someone can give me a bit of advice! I'm a complete newb when it comes to anything to do with the CBFM as this my first month using it so sorry if this question has been asked and answered millions of times (which I know it prob has!!)

I got my first peak reading on cd18 (now on cd22) and just wanted to know approx how long after would I ov?

I don't know but maybe try posing this in the ovulation test section instead? I know it isn't an OPK but still ladies there might be more familiar.

I use the cbfm & *in theory* you get your first peak reading one or two days before your ov. If you carry on poas you will get a peak, peak, high and then low reading. The monitor isn't reading your lines anymore it's on autopilot after the first peak. I always ov'd on the day after my first peak.

The cbfm predicts ov but the only way to confirm it is to temp and see that bbt shift. Good luck hun!
