CD 16 4-5 DPO and cramps

Hi

I am 4-5 DPO and have some cramping in my right side (feels like the type of cramping when ovulating, just not as painful). I am wondering what it can be and if it could be anything to do with implantation ?

I am really really wanting to get pregnant now after almost 9 mths of TTC... so please bear with me

I haven't felt cramping at this point in my cycle before, so I am HOPING!!
