cd 30 still no af

Hello. I was on clomid for three months, and I ovulated the last two rounds. This is my first month off clomid, we needed a break from all the stress. I was very excited because I thought all signs pointed to yes since I am now on cd 30 and no AF. I am very concerned that maybe this has to do with my cycles returning to normal (30- 35 days). The last two days I had the horrible metallic taste in my mouth. I have had sore bbs for about a week and a half. Today the only sign I have is the bbs. I want so badly to have a BFP but am too scared to take a test.

I forgot to add that on monday and tuesday (cd 26 and 27) I had light red bleeding just on the tissue. Then nothing
