Hi everyone!
Hubby and I have been trying for just over one year for our first now and it doesn't look like anything's happening. A year is nothing I know compared to some people (and I feel almost guilty posting here!) but I believe we're going to be in the LTTC for a long while.
My cycles have gone from being usually 28-35 days to a ridiculous 26 - 66 - 44 - 68(so far) day cycle length. I'm currently on CD 68 and testing negative (of course) and I have absolutely no idea when I'm going to get AF, if even at all. I feel like I'm just stuck in limbo land right now and just wish I'd get either a HPT or effing AF (either would be exciting!).
This was my first cycle trying to properly temp, but I have since learnt I am a chronic mouth breather - hence my erratic temps - so decided to stop doing that until next cycle so I can temp vaginally. According to my temps it looked like I ovulated.. Forever ago, but then if that's true I should have either baby or AF now, unless (I have been googling forever) it could possibly have developed into a cyst? Or am I wrong here?
I am fairly certain I have PCOS (irregular periods, some unwanted hair, a skin tag, etc) but trying to do everything naturally before I go to the doctors route. So the plan is if I ever get AF to start on Agnus Castus in attempt to balance my hormones over the next few months.. And if still no dice, bite the bullet and get ourselves checked out.
Has anyone had any experience with anything similar? (stupid cycles, agnus castus etc)
And for people in the UK, when you first go to the doctors about this, what's the usual procedure? I'm guessing blood tests to check if you're ovulating?
Sorry for my mini vent, and baby dust to everyone!
