cd 7 help plz

ok so af was from the 8th to the 12th of may--1st af since march 1st!!! when should i start using opk's??? i am trying to take it easy and not worry to much this time, so i havent been on here every day lik i usually am lol, so i just want to take it easy this month and see what happens???

Start using them from CD10, but if u want to really take the pressure off just BD every 2nd day that way u will always have swimmers waiting
