CD1 here, anyone else with me?

I have 3 boys and would love a pink one but tbh I dont mind either way so long as its healthy :-)

im pretty excited that we are all sharing this cycle together this month. Lots of good vibes and positive thinking is going to get us all a long way i think!.

I hope you are right Sandy it would be a fantastic wedding present for hubby to be :-) we are off to the reception tonight to make our final payment and sort out the last bits of arrangements so excited :-) x

Cheryl: with my first pregnancy we wanted a boy and found out it was a girl. We both cried because we were so happy. Lol I want a boy this time too but would be just as happy with another princess.

Hey ladies!!! My time is so behind you all! Yay I'm glad we have a few of us girlies sharing this cycle together! I love coming back to this thread and seeing how everyone is doing!! Hopefully we can all be bump buddies :happydance:

CD8 here......getting close, I'm so excited! DH and I are going to BD tonight and then I take my first OPK Saturday!

Does anyone have any tips or tricks they use while TTC? I have one (kinda silly) before going to bed I put a small pillow and a pair of undies in between my bed and night table so after we are done BDing I don't have to get up, I simply grab the pillow and shove it under my bum....:haha: you gotta do what you gotta do right? :)

I'm on cd8 too! I love gown we are on the same days. Started getting ewcm today
Hooray!! How about the rest of you? Any ovulation signs? I usually ovulate cd10-12.

I usually ovulate between CD12 and CD14 but I'll probably get my + test on CD11. You know what always confuses me is what day would 1DPO be? I always get confused by that!

Kimsu -Are you a SAHM?

I think 1dpo would be the next day after ovulation cuz it stands for day past ovulation right? Lol I'm not sure was SAHM is.. is it stay at home mom? If so then no I'm not. I work full time at a preschool with a class full of twelve 2 1/2 - 3 year olds so my days are always very eventful. I remember when I was pregnant with DD this one little girl always lifted up my shirt to see "the baby in my tummy" lol. DD gets to go to school here with me so it's awesome to always be able to check on her. It's almost like staying at home with her considering how much I see her during the day. What about you?

Aw that's good kimsu being able to see her at work... I'm a mobile hairdresser it will be great when we have our baby cos I can work round my mums work and work from home too so il only do 2 or 3 days a week I'm so excited for tht....
I always keep a pair of pants and a pillow for after it to shuv under my bum to keep the sperm in lol...xx

Sorry Kimsu I feel silly now, I just remember saying how you did a little guys hair into a faux hawk at preschool. Sorry.

I am a SAHM but I am also a makeup artist so I still do weddings and such on the side. The plan is to stay home until both our kids are in school full time and then go back to work.

Cheryl my momis a hairdresser! Well she used to be, she retired from it after 30 years (started when she was 15). She still does my hair and gave DS his first haircut a few weeks back! That's neat you go to people's houses though! Never a boring day!

Sorry double posted that my IPad kept freezing when I tried to post!

It's funny how you both are hairstylists and makeup artists because I'm horribly at doing hair AND makeup lol

Well, I've become pretty good at doing other's hair. I've finally learned how to French braid by practicing on the little girls in my class, but when it comes to my own hair I'm useless. I used to always straighten it (hairs curly) but now with a baby I Just don't wanna spend my time doing that and I can never seem to make it look good down and curly. Don't even get me started on makeup lol.

im on like day 3 i think :( so i have atleast two more weeks i think, im all new at this...this is TTC#1 for me...first try as well....still trying to figure out how to chart everything and ahhhhh its all a mess lol....but i love this feeling, that knowing that it will happen soon....

*hugs to all and babydust to all*

Yeah funny it's all hairdressing and make up we do.... I'm awful at make up and pretty bad doin my own hair lol...

Readytottc welcome I kno it's such a hassle charting and stuff why can I not just happen without our help lol.... I tried tempting last month and only led me into confusion  so just OPKs for me I'm on cd5 so ur just behind me I'm hoping to o on thurs cd11 like I did last time I became pg...

The other thread I was on has had another 2 BFP so hoping this one will start filling up with them too.... :dust::dust:

Morning all :-)
CD8 here plan is to dtd tonight, I do love Fridays :-)
Can I have some tips on wedding make up MommyB, I dont wear much makeup at all, have brought a foundation from Avon but just dont know what to do with my eyes.......I want to look natural but like I have got makeup on if that makes sense. I am contemplating red lippy as I have red shoes and my MOH is in red :-) x

Sorry 4 asking I know it's a weird question.....is it imp 2 keep smthing under your bum after the BD? I have never put anything under mine....I just lie on the bed till next morning...do u think it is limiting my chances??

Kimsu I have curly hair too! I love that in the summer I can wash it and let it dry curly but I also like to blow dry it straight and wear my bangs down. My hair is always different day to day, but since having DS wearing it up is most practical as post baby hair loss leaves my hair everywhere!

Welcome readytottc! I don't chart or temp, way to confusing to me and I sometimes have to get up in the night with my son so it would probably screw my temps up.

Cheryl I admit that I am better doing someone else's makeup than my own!

Mummy3ds happy BDing!! My advice for wedding makeup is to not go to far out of your comfort zone because you want to look like yourself especially when looking at the pictures for years to come. If you normally wear a red lip deffinitely go for it, if not maybe try a really soft red lip shade sheer maybe. Most of the brides I have done neutrals on because they are not big into makeup. I did have one bride who loved makeup and I gave her a smokey eye for a glamorous look. I do sell some Avon on the side, I love their makeup products! If you have any questions about their stuff just ask!

Hi shrada! I don't know if the pillow under the bum makes a difference but I did it the cycle I conceived DS so I figured I would do it again, I'm sure it helps move the sperm where it needs to go.

I'm on CD9 today and we've BD twice and I plan to start testing tomorrow with my OPK's! Anyone else testing tomorrow?
