CD1 & positive OPK...

Hi Ladies

I had a laparoscopy at the end of March where they removed a endometrioma and some endometriosis from my ovaries.

I was just wondering if everyone's cycles go back to normal after a laparoscopy. I'm a little confused at the moment as I am bleeding but have a positive OPK. I'm just wondering if ovulation could cause bleeding because of the op???

I'm not sure but I have spotted in the past while ovulating. I'd bd just to be sure though.
