I'm still needing to meet with the celebrant to work out how the actual ceremony is going to go, but I was wondering what you all did to make your ceremony unique and special to you?

I've got one or two ideas, but nothing that's a 'must have' if you know what I mean

We have some personalised readings and chose our own ring vows, but we are having a religious ceremony so you have to keep within the tone! xxx

Like Boofs, we had 2 special readings read by very special people to us. We had really personal songs as well.

We wanted as laid back a wedding as possible and it was in a very cool hotel boutique hotel, in the room with the bar in it, so people were sat and stood at the bar with drinks in hand which was awesome - the Registrar was really great luckily and we had a lot of laughs in the 15 minutes which was just perfect
