Hi all, I've been trying to keep track of the position of my cervix during my cycle. But i'm beginning to realise I have no idea where it should be and it is confusing me this month I know around Ovulation it should be low, soft and open. But what about when AF is due? Then where should it be? I really hope you can help. Thank you in advance, i'd appreciate any knowledge on this.
Im not an expert on this but i know around Ov time it should be high and soft you mite not even manage to feel it. After ov it gets harder and becomes lower. I hope this helps.
