Cervix always feels open?

This is my second month ttc and I've only been using the opks. I can't remember to temp everyday and my ewcm is unreliable cause of sex it's hard to tell. But I started checking my cervix this month too and it changes from low to high, hard to soft, etc, but it always feels a bit open. Is this normal and how do you tell the difference if it's more open during O? I did have one child 15mo ago vaginally.

Because you have had a child, you may find that your cervix does seem a little open when not in your fertile phase. I've read that it's completely normal.

Mine is the same I read it's normal if you've had a baby.
