I am exactly 7 weeks today, and a bit frightened. I have had two miscarriages early on, I believe I am the farthest I have ever been?

However, while using my progesterone suppositories two nights ago, I noticed it wouldn't go in like I had been putting it in for a month? I then freak out when I felt my cervix, it was hard, and called the doctor saying my cervix dropped etc...

She did an exam on me today and says to me it's "anterior" and didn't seem concerned, but she referred me to a specialist to have a more in depth look, and also I looked it up on Google and women's cervixes, don't go anterior til labor? What has happened? It's supposed to be posterior? What happened? One day I was fine the next I don't feel the same.

Then I spoke to a nurse at a different office and she claims it could be other things, but my doctor SAW and FELT the cervix, so she didn't help at all by confusing me even more. My doc said the cervix is closed. I'm just scared because I have to wait a whole week til the "in depth" look

:hugs: I haven't heard of that before... hope this week goes by quick!

I actually heared of that and I think its normal... some woman are like that

Hey hun, the same thing has happened to me!! I am on progesterone and I use the applicators, I can usually pretty much get them all the way in but since yesterday morning they won't go in as far, there is a good inch difference. I wondered why this had happened to me to, it's still the same now, I use the progesterone three times a day xx
