Cervix open or closed ??

Hi Ladies,

13dpo today and i got to know that by cervix position you can predict pregnancy.
So when i checked mine the stats are :
Position -- high, soft and i can feel the lips of cervix.

So as i can feel the lips it means that cervix is open or closed ?
and by these stats can you predict pregnancy ??

You can't tell from cervix in pregnancy at the beginning it goes high but it also does that if your about to have af sorry x best way to tell early is by your temp as it stays high
