Change in gurgly noises

My LO used to do this really gawjus high pitch gurgly noise when chatting to u but now its more like he is clearing his throat all the time and he sounds really cross lol he picks up a toy and angrly starts growling at it lol
Why is this?

He is 16 weeks x

Maria did the clearing throat sound at that age, sounded like an old man I think its normal. She still does it sometimes now. And she gets cross with her toys too

he also grabs his baby grow and pulls it forward and gets cross at it lol xx

My baby stopped making lovely cooey, gurgley noises and growls all day long! Mostly crossly. He is 13 weeks. I'm glad it's not just my baby!
