Changing avatar...upload error?

Anyone else having trouble changing/uploading theur avatar?
Im getting this message: "Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file"

Thought it was my laptop but its saying the same on the desktop too.

Do I have to change a setting or is it due to changing servers?
