Hello! I was just wondering what changing bag everyone has bought/is going to get? I had a plain grey mothercare one for my son, which did the job and had plenty of space, but just can't decide which one to get this time round. We are expecting a girl, so could get something a bit more fancy this time, but then I guess OH wouldn't want to take out a pink/girly changing bag if he was taking little one out on his own :haha:

Would be good to know what everyone else has chosen?

xx

I'm planning on getting the JuJuBe Be All diaper bag.

It's a little on the expensive side ($140), but it has so many compartments and is well organized! I'm planning on cloth diapering, too and was looking for a bag that wasn't bulk but had lots of storage space.

I found searching YouTube for review and demo videos was really helpful in narrowing down which bag I wanted.

Edit: I just went on their website and the same bag is now $120! Every dollar helps ;)

I bought a Lin and Leo leather changing bag when I had my daughter. I don't like carrying round a changing bag that is cheap / plasticky, nor am I into the fancy ones with cupcakes on them - pretty for someone else, but just not my style. It was the one indulgent thing I bought, as I didn't splurge on the trendiest pram etc like some people do, so that's how I was able to justify the price to myself. I still love it, and will keep using it with this one too. Plenty of room, with proper pockets for bottles etc, but looks like a nice leather bag rather than a changing bag. Plus hubby will happily carry it too.

I had a jujube change bag with my little boy and ill use it this time. There great! Expensive but totally worth it xxx

I have a Yummy Mummy 'lovebirds' one. I had a plain one before DD was born but got that one for my birthday a couple of months after she was born. I love it I'll be getting it out again this time.

I'm having a regular ted baker tote bag with matching purse for mama and getting the storage seperaters off eBay :)

I also have a jujube bag.. The ' be spicy' style and its awesome. I want to get another one the ' be prepared' one now because its supposedly really big, now that this will be number two for me. They are great bags

I'm planning on just using my normal bag, it's a purple jimmy choo (present from my sister). It's huge, and will take cloth nappies and the stuff for my dog so I figure I should prob make the must of it, I'm just gonna get a travel changing mat and add that :). Must of the changing bags I've found really aren't my style so figure I'd use one and make sure it does the job.

With my son we had a big ugly unisex one because me and DH shared it but this time I will be using it so am thinking about a pink lining bag. I'm not 100% sure yet though.

There's someone on eBay that makes unique changing bags to order. They aren't that expensive (£30-35) and are one of a kind you can even design it. She had ready made ones too. I have a liberty print one in turquoise and lilac for my boy. I love it.

ill be using my baby K one from mothercare that i had with my son.
though i do like the cath kidston ones!

I was going to buy a lin and leo changing bag but heard it is very heavy and not a practical changing bag but nice leather bag - is this true?

I've bought one of the pacapod's. I like that they look like a normal handbag and it has loads of compartments and room:

I got the free one from boots for OH to use.

I really like mine. It's probably bigger than some bags, but I've found it takes that amount of room for all the stuff you have to carry, from bottles/powder dispensers/spare clothes etc when they are little, to toys/snacks/pyjamas now that she is older. I did take the pockets off one side by unstitching them as I found they took up too much space from the main pocket though.

JJ Cole Diaper Tote bag. Don't have a giant purse I could fit all my cloth diapering stuff into and it got great reviews for such a nice price, so I had to get it!

Bought our changing bag at the baby show yesterday from melobaby. Nice practical gender neutral bags and a totally amazing changing wallet - holds 3/4 nappies, wipes, a change of clothes etc and becomes a changing mat. Great if you are only popping out for a couple of hours and don't wanna lug the whole bag. Genius and reasonably priced - we paid £65 for both.
